BUZZ AUDIO REQ-2.2 MEA
A high-end stereo parametric recording and mastering equalizer that works and doesn’t sound like any other.
The REQ-2.2 equalizer uses parallel resonant circuits in an intelligent configuration, so the bandwidth (Q) of the circuit can be adjusted as an active filter. The circuit of the resonant inductor / condenser “tank” operates at a low internal signal level that avoids any saturation effect of the inductor.
As expected, the REQ uses BE40 True Class A circuits developed for the MA-2.2 microphone amplifier to obtain the best possible audio performance that mastering engineers want. It also has the only BE44 discrete line output amplifier that acts as a transformer and can respond to balanced or unbalanced loads.

BLACK BOX ANALOG DESIGN HG-2
The Black Box Analog Design HG-2 is a line level stereo unit designed to add saturation, harmonics, natural compression, increased RMS and enhance during mixing and mastering. It is designed to easily and naturally do what normally requires multiple pieces of equipment and do better.
The HG-2 uses custom input transformers to power two routes: the main signal path travels through a 6U8A Pentode tube stage that then enters the triode stage, resulting from subtle harmonics to full saturation.
